Red Lion's Graphite® HMI panels are the first in the industry to combine rugged aluminum construction with an I/O module architecture, perfect for harsh environments. These panels feature drag-and-drop protocol conversion, data logging, and web-based monitoring/control. With certifications like UL Class 1, Division 2, ABS, ATEX, and IECEx, they ensure reliable operation in demanding conditions.
Available in eight sizes (7 to 15 inches), Graphite HMIs offer full-color touchscreens in compact aluminum housings suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Designed to withstand extreme temperatures and high vibration, they support up to 20 industrial protocol conversions and offer expansion modules to meet specific needs.

Key Features:
Rugged Construction: Graphite HMIs have resistive touchscreens and durable aluminum housing, designed for operation in extreme temperatures and high-vibration environments. The 7 and 15-inch models offer sunlight-visible displays for outdoor applications.
Expansion Options: The plug-and-play modules allow advanced customization, including PID controllers, digital and analog I/O, thermocouples, and universal input modules. The Crimson® Control module enables advanced programming using IEC 61131 standards.
Connectivity: Graphite panels include Ethernet, RS-232/RS-422/RS-485 serial ports, and USB connections. Some models feature additional Ethernet and serial port options.
Communication Capabilities: Supporting over 300 protocols, Graphite HMIs can manage multi-vendor applications and integrate existing equipment, including PLCs, motion controllers, and PID controllers.
Remote Monitoring and Control: With an integrated web server, users can monitor and control processes from any networked device. Graphite HMIs also send email or SMS alerts to ensure prompt responses to issues.
Data Logging: The built-in data logger records continuous data, events, and alarms, which can be exported as CSV files, emailed, or synchronized with FTP or Microsoft SQL servers.
Crimson Software: Red Lion’s Crimson® software simplifies setup with a drag-and-drop interface. It is included at no extra cost, and additional advanced control functions can be added via the Crimson Control module.
