Helmholz and Garma Electronica present memory and micro memory cards for the S7 series. The current memory cards are designed for the 1200/1500 series while de micro memory cards are designed for the 300 series.

The cards have different capacities:
- 4 MBytes.
- 12 MBytes.
- 24 MBytes.
- 256 MBytes.
- 2 GBytes.
Micro memory cards for 300 series.
The cards have different capacities:
- 64 KByte.
- 128 KByte.
- 256 KByte.
- 512 KByte.
- 1 MByte.
- 2 MByte.
- 4 MByte.
- 8 MByte.
